Updates and upgrades characterize the work on this family home in Centerville, MA. It is a fourth-generation home, and the client wanted to recognize the intrinsic character of the place in the end. Preserving the memories of the existing spaces while elevating the overall look was the goal. Many visitors comment on how beautiful, yet homey it is.

Family vacation home required renovation for more comfortable use and upgraded features. Two goals here: improve the space for family and friends, and increase the property value. We wanted to maintain the rustic coastal qualities while elevating the aesthetic presentation.

This project is a family residence, needing a little updating and decorative touches. The bath was updated with marble tile, modern fixtures, and a light palette of grey and lavender. The family room added functional and comfortable pieces for family entertaining. Adding a few pieces to the living room makes the space more accessible and inviting. The kitchen renovation just required more comfortable seating, a substantial dining area, and decorative details to warm up the space.

Wequaquet Lake

The goal of this project was to personalize this lakefront home for its new owner. The spaces were opened up and furnished to create a warm welcome for family and friends. This is a vacation home, so maintaining some casual, accessible aspects while adding some elegance was important to the client.

Updating a family vacation home that has a lot of traffic and sandy feet. The client wants it to be welcoming and casual with a coastal flair. The main living area is open for entertaining. We utilized a palette of grey, white, and blue- taking cues from the surrounding area. 

Johns Island

This is a relocation project. This couple moved from the northeast to coastal South Carolina. The goal was to create an elegant, but livable retreat for their boating lifestyle. We didn't want to be too beachy, so we balanced the design with upscale elements for a more sophisticated result.

This is a three-bedroom ranch-style home that was updated for resale. Although initially a staging, it turned into a whole-house renovation. It was most apparent that improvements to the kitchen and bath would be beneficial. Other updates include: new hardwood floors throughout, new electrical and plumbing elements, exterior landscaping, and interior/exterior painting. The homeowner was able to sell for $70K above original listing. Good work team!
